His creations have sparked a passionate following and always exceed every diner’s expectation. Ever since he was a boy, growing up in Apple Valley, CA, Mark Bolan has loved to cook. “It’s in my blood,” says Bolan who was inspired by his mother’s incredible home cooked Italian specialties growing up. Mark started his career over 20 years ago as a line cook at the Annapolis Marriot. He has since been the Executive Chef for two restaurants in Tortola, British Virgin Islands, Sous Chef and Executive Chef for Clyde’s Restaurant Group, and Head Chef of Grazie’s Italian Restaurant in California. Bolan’s years of experience have included cooking American, traditional Italian, Caribbean Asian fusion, and Mexican cuisines.

Leho Poldmae has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience while working in the restaurant business for 20 years. He and his wife started together in 1995, building a small pizzeria into a vibrant Italian restaurant with an extensive menu and full bar. He has since owned three successful Greene Turtle Sports bar restaurants here in Maryland. But Leho’s true dream is to use his passion, creativity, and talents to operate his own restaurant again. He will combine his extensive knowledge on how to create the perfect dining experience with his love for quality artisan pizza, to create a one of a kind experience at neo.
